He is a (1983) graduate from prestigious Sir J.J. College of Architecture, Mumbai. His internship during the studentship has helped him gain practical insight into shaping the Independent Architectural practice he pursued later. While working, he also joined Law College(1983) as he was influenced by his many family members in the field of Judiciary.

Architect Suvarna Lele is a first class Graduate from Academy of Architecture in the Year 1986, and after graduation has worked with renowned firms such as Mhatre-Parikh Associates, Nashik since 1987 along with Professional practice, during this period she has been actively involved with the design supervision and execution of various prestigious projects which include residential, commerical and buildings of public significance along with land development and Slum Redevelopment Projects.
